- Attorney review before publish, without exception. The entire product claim is “this is legal and defensible”; getting the law wrong here is a credibility problem, not an SEO problem (playbook appendix flag 2).
- Every statutory citation drafted from the current code text — never from memory, and never from a competitor’s site. Davis-Stirling has been amended repeatedly in recent years.
- Section numbers cited inline while drafting: §5105, §5110, §5115, §5120, §5125.
- A visible “general information, not legal advice” disclaimer — the standard wording is in
src/site/config.mjs.
